summer fun 2

July 22, 2016: Tommy signed his first sign!!! BIRD!!

He now enjoys sitting in his high chair looking outside for birds!!

Just about the cutest thing ever is seeing his cute hands clasp together for "bird"
Young Womens is fun and keeps me busy. This past Wednesday, one of the leaders (Lori) set up a Personal Progress Putt Putt game. It was awesome and I don't want to forget it! A few weeks earlier, we did a modesty scavenger hunt at Kohls which was awesome and also was in charge of waterballoon baseball. All fun.
Angela at a birthday party..

Carolyn and Angela completed swim lessons!! HUGE happy day!! They did level 6 (competitive swim) and swam A LOT each day for 2 weeks. It made them decide that they didn't want to do swim team. Ha

Look at that girl in the blue!!! Awesome gymnast! She's been going to gymnastics twice  week in pre-team. I was proud of her one day for telling me that she didn't always like going to gymnastics but was going to keep going because she thinks she will like being on the team.
One day I found the girls in their bathtub like this:
Now, their bathtub is always a reading tub. Thank you Stephanie

Emily went to a party for her best friend, Annie, this week. I was so touched that she went and emptied out all her play money in her purse and gave it to Annie. It was $1.43 which is probably 3 months worth - my heart melted. We like to compare Emily to King Benjamin because she has such a caring and giving heart.
Angela also melted my heart this past week! On Sunday, she put together a homemade gift for me. It had beautiful pictures from the Friend Magazine, a homemade puzzle, candy, nice cards, etc. etc. She did it very randomly - I had no idea. She took it upon herself to make everyone a special gift each day this week. Here is Carolyn receiving hers :) Angela is such a angel :)
Look how happy Carolyn is to receive her gift :)
We probably pull out the Wii 5 times a year, but when we do, it is so fun! Here are the girls awesome scores!

Another throwback picture of Angela at Universal Studios :)
This is Angela's beautiful baptism invitation!
We have definitely spent a lot of good times with Madeline and her mom this summer! It was been fun! We went the famous "Tiny Town" in our city with them a couple of weeks ago. I am glad we saw it, but don't need to see it again :)

I LOVE this picture. The girls really are such great friends !!! :) What pretty girls.

Swim lessons! I honestly wanted to kiss Angela the whole time. She looks SOOOO cute in her goggles.
One day this summer we went to my dad's cousin's house. She had grandkids (so the girls 3rd cousins) there and rented a HUGE water slide. It was fun and the kids had fun with their cousins!

One morning last week, I was in the front watering the yard and such, when I came inside, I found THIS!!! Tommy had fallen asleep in Angela's arms! Pretty cute!

One of my favorite all-time pictures ever!! I LOVE being a mom. I have such sweet, happy helpers!
More gymnastics fun!!! I am air-headed and erased some pictures I had of my mom and dad watching Angela doing gymnastics. They were so cute to come and watch.

Summer Fun!

Father's Day was awesome to celebrate that we have the best dad ever! We love him way too much!

The girls made Daddy their traditional binder full of love notes and beautiful pictures for Daddy!
Dancing with Daddy :) He's the best!

 BEST.DADDY.EVER

Emily had a fantastic soccer season! It was so fun watching her go!

Go Emy! Go!! (Aren't we so luck to live in such a beautiful place? I love that this is the background)
Emily's couch giving Emily her medal!!! He said that she was small and fierce (in my words...but that was the idea :)!

 Kim Reuion 2016!

So grateful that because of Him I can be with my family forever!!!

Lucy Kim and Emily are such great friends :)

Ponka always knows how to put on a good party!! This year he put on a fantastic Star Wars Party!! What a fun Grandpa Kim!

Andrew was a goofpot and grew some facial hair. I wish I got a better picture of it up close but you can kind of see it in these :)

Haha, him coming in from playing in the rain with the cousins and our girls.

I hung out with Tommy during the rain party :) I love when he sleeps in my arms.

Nana with her cotton candy maker :) She seems to always pull it out during the reunions. What a fun tradition :)

 Lucy and Emily again :)

All the cousins (minus Tommy, he was sleeping :( ...we went to Frisco this year :) Some highlights: Hiking up to the waterfall, Waterworld, Dance Party, and Star Wars Party.

DANCE PARTY!!! I got some cute footage of Carolyn and Ponka dancing

Emily, Carolyn, and Angela all slept on the floor during the reunion.  One night, Andrew found Carolyn and Angela snuggling together :) Basically, it made my heart melt.

We got back from the reunion on the 4th of July and on the 4th of July, Grandma and Grandpa came and visited us!! So fun!

Hiking Red Rocks with Grandpa

I walked down the stair one day to this view :) Grandma holding Tommy while doing Carolyn's hair :)

Grandma has been making special birthday cakes for his grandkids...the kids got theirs on their visit :)

Grandma and Grandpa babysat the kids for a large chunk of time while Andrew and I went to a wedding for one of Andrew's coworkers (they are so awesome). When I got home, this is how I found Tommy :) He was in good hands. So sweet.

Grandpa showing some slideshows to the girls and some pictures.

I love this picture. One day, the girls surprised me and cleaned up the bookshelf :) It made me happy.
